“ My favorite restaurant in Guadalajara. The food here is exceptional from the appetizers to the dessert. They even grow a lot of their own vegetables and herbs. The ambiance is cheerful yet relaxing. It is a great place to hang out with friends, yet it does not get too loud that you can't enjoy a nice conversation. The food and ambiance are not the only thing special about La Tequila. The staff there make you feel special by the service they provide. They are attentive and ready to serve with a smile. The managers Adrian and Eric take the time to ensure your visit was enjoyable. It was great meeting Adrian and listening to his passion for cooking and the details he added to make your dining experience special. They also have wait staff like Bruno who is quick with a warm greeting and a dedication to service rarely seen. On top of all this the complimentary food items are fantastic. When I am in Guadalajara this is a must place to go for me. ”
